I help companies that help people live, learn, or work better
From my first jobs in journalism and tech to my recent experiences in healthcare marketing, my career has been defined by an obsession with helping people achieve their goals.
This has involved deep work at the intersection of technology, learning design, and behavioral science—fitness trackers for athletic training, digital tools for addiction treatment, and AI for mental health.
In my personal life, as well, I am forever taking classes, tracking my health data, and trying to make sure I go to bed every night better at something than I was when I woke up.

Meet the team (me)
I'm more than my work, which makes me better at every job.

I was a mathlete in school. I read particle physics for fun, learned to code at age 10, and can rock a sweater vest.
At work: Data, systems, tech stack management, dashboards, market research—I love it all.

I love to throw myself into unfamiliar environments, push through discomfort, and see what happens.
At work: This is probably why I'm drawn to startups and tech. I love solving new challenges and navigating change.

I lived in Tokyo for six formative years (下北沢 FTW!), an experience that set me up for every success that followed.
At work: Global marketing? I've run teams out of London, Helsinki, and Tokyo.

My dad was a mechanic. I can do fine woodworking and general carpentry. (Shown rebuilding a carb in jr. high.)
At work: This is where the creative and the analytical come together. If I don't know the answer, I can find it.

I'm a creative at heart. I play guitar, I've studied photography and painting, And I started my career in graphic design.
At work: I use a design-thinking framework for problem solving and can run the creative sides of brand and marketing.
